CAIR Sued Oklahoma Over Sharia Law Ban

 Fox Nation:  The Oklahoma chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-OK) filed a lawsuit late last year challenging the constitutionality of an anti-Islam ballot measure (State Question 755), which passed in the 2010 election.  The measure amended the state constitution to forbid judges from considering Islamic law or international law when making a ruling.  I have yet to learn the status of this lawsuit; I will keep you posted.

No Separation of Mosque and State, Only Church and State!

3/25/11:  For years Christian prayer has been banned from public schools.  Now Muslims are demanding prayer time and getting it!  Schools in San Diego CA, Dearborn MI, Dallas TX, and New York City are giving the Islamic students breaks to pray during the school day.  At Carver Elementary School, students are praying 15 minutes during an afternoon recess and an hour after lunch.  Extra breaks were put into the school schedule to allow 100 Muslim students to pray.  A Massachusetts public middle...
